Over the past few months, Digilog.pk went through an internal management transition. During that brief window, some of you may have noticed a drop in our usual service standards. I want to personally address this and share some excellent news about where we stand today.
I am writing to officially announce that I, Irfan Ahmad, have fully resumed management and operational control of Digilog Electronics. The original team that built this platform is back, and our operations are completely restored and running flawlessly.
A Brief Bump in the Road
During my temporary absence, the platform was managed by a secondary party, which unfortunately resulted in uncharacteristic service delays and customer support issues. As the founder, it was difficult to see our community of engineers, makers, and students experience anything less than the best. I took immediate action to reclaim the company to ensure our core values were protected.
Operations Are 100% Resolved and Running Smoothly
I am proud to share that the transition period is officially behind us. All pending issues, backlogs, and customer complaints from that time have been completely resolved.
