Warranty Claim Policy

Keep these points in mind for resolving warranty claims or product delivery issues

We ship your ordered goods to you via a courier company. In which sometimes you may face difficulty due to carelessness on the part of courier company representative. Following are these problems and their solutions.

1: Whenever you receive the goods, make a video of the unpacking so that you can show the missing or damaged goods in the video. Your video will be accepted as proof by the company for a claim of missing or broken baggage.

2: Before using any product, learn its usage details from the internet or a book so that misuse does not damage the product. Be sure to make a video of the product being used for the first time so that in case of any problem, you can give us a detailed explanation in the form of a video.

3: The Company cannot facilitate a warranty claim to you on a verbal claim over the phone (ie without proof). So follow the instructions above so that you have video proof.

4: Courier fee will not be refunded or adjusted in case of return of goods for any reason.

5: All warranty claim conditions are applicable within three 3 days of product delivery. No claim will be accepted after three days.

6: If you want to return a product within three days, twenty five percent will be deducted.

7: The Company reserves the right to make any changes to the warranty claim conditions.

8: While writing your address, write the street number or street name along with your house/office/shop number, and also write the name of a famous place near your house/office/shop. If you do not follow this instruction while writing the address, it will be the customer's responsibility to return the goods. In this situation, the customer will have to pay for shipping, return and packing. For example, this address is only for area. Return charges will apply on returning goods sent to such address.

ہم آپ کا آرڈر کیا گیا سامان کسی کورئیر کمپنی سے آپ کو بھجواتے ہیں۔ جس میں بعض اوقات کورئیر کمپنی کے نمائندے کی طرف سے بےاحتیاطی کی وجہ سے آپ کو مشکل کا سامنا کرنا پڑ سکتا ہے۔  ان مسائل اور ان کا حل درج ذیل ہے۔

1:  جب بھی آپ کو سامان موصول ہو تو پیکنگ کھولنے کی ویڈیو بنا لیں تاکہ آپ سامان میں کمی یا ٹوٹا ہوا سامان ویڈیو میں دکھا سکیں۔ سامان میں کمی یا ٹوٹے ہوئے سامان کے کلیم کے لیے آپ کی ویڈیو کمپنی ثبوت کے طور پر قبول کرے گی۔

2:  کسی بھی پراڈکٹ کو استعمال سے پہلے اس کے استعمال کی تفصیلات کا علم انٹرنیٹ یا کتاب سے حاصل کریں تاکہ غلط استعمال سے پراڈکٹ خراب نہ ہو۔ پہلی بار پراڈکٹ استعمال کی ویڈیو ضرور بنائیں تاکہ کسی مسئلہ کی صورت میں آپ ہمیں ویڈیو کی صورت میں تفصیل دے سکیں۔

3: کمپنی فون پر کسی زبانی کلیم پر(یعنی ثبوت کے بغیر) آپ کو وارنٹی کلیم کی سہولت نہیں دے سکتی۔ اس لیے اوپر دے گئی ہدایات پر عمل کریں تاکہ آپ کے پاس ویڈیو ثبوت موجود ہو۔

4: کسی بھی وجہ سے سامان کی واپسی کی صورت میں کوریئر فیس واپس یا ایڈجسٹ نہیں کی جائے گی۔

5: وارنٹی کلیم کی تمام شرائط پراڈکٹ ڈیلوری کے تین 3 دن کے اندر لاگو ہیں۔ تین دن کے بعد کوئی کلیم قبول نہ ہو گا۔

6: اگر اپ کوئی پروڈکٹ  تین دن کے  اندر واپس کرنا چاہتے ہیں تو پچیس پرسنٹ کٹوتی ہو  گی.

7: کمپنی وارنٹی کلیم کی شرائط  میں کسی بھی تبدیلی کا حق رکھتی ہے۔

:8 اپنا پتہ لکھتے ہوئے اپنے گھر/دفتر/ دوکان نمبر کے ساتھ گلی نمبر یا گلی کا نام بھی لکھیں ، اس کے ساتھ ساتھ اپنے گھر/دفتر/ دوکان کے قریب کسی مشہور جگہ کا نام بھی لکھیں. اگر اپ نے ایڈریس لکھتے ہوئے اس انسٹرکشن پر عمل نہ کیا تو سامان واپس آنے کی ذمےداری کسٹمر کی ہو گی. اس صورت حال میں سامان بھیجھنے ، واپس آنے اور پیکنگ کے پیسے کسٹمر کو دینے ہوں گے.مثال کے طور پر یہ ایڈریس صرف ایریا کا ہے  . اس طرح کے ایڈریس پر بھیجھا گیا سامان واپس انے پر ریٹرن چارجز اپپلائی ہوں گے .
