Warranty Claim Policy

To resolve issues related to delivery or warranty claims, keep the following things in mind:

We deliver your ordered items through a courier company, and sometimes due to the negligence of the courier company representatives, you may face difficulty. The problems and their solutions are as follows:

  1. Whenever you receive your item, make a video of opening the package, so that you can show any missing or damaged item in the video. The company will accept your video as proof for the warranty claim of missing or damaged items.

  2. Before using any product, get details of its usage from the internet or a book so that it won't get damaged due to incorrect usage. Make sure to make a video of the product's first usage so that you can provide us with a detailed video in case of any issues.

  3. The company cannot provide you the warranty claim facility without video proof in any language other than Urdu. Follow the above instructions to have a video proof.

  4. In case of returning any item, the courier fee will not be refunded or adjusted for any reason.

  5. All the terms of warranty claim are valid only within three (3) days of delivery of the product. No claim will be accepted after three days.

  6. If you wish to return any product within three (3) days, you can do so.
