VigorTree VT-SG1224 is a palm-sized process signal generator that outputs a precise ±12 V voltage or 0–24 mA current signal (including the standard 4–20 mA loop range) to test and calibrate PLC analog inputs, transmitters, panel meters, VFDs and actuators. Output is set in 0.01 V / 0.01 mA steps with ±0.03 V / ±0.05 mA precision.
A 1.69-inch color TFT shows the live output, start/end values and timing at a glance. Beyond fixed output, it can run programmed ramps and multi-segment curves, and it can be controlled from a PLC over RS485 Modbus RTU or from the VigorTree PC software. It runs from USB-C power, so a power bank or laptop is enough on site.
