The UNI-T UT523A is a professional earth resistance and soil resistivity tester for grounding-system commissioning and maintenance — measuring earth (ground) resistance up to 210 kΩ, soil resistivity by the 4-pole Wenner method, and earth voltage up to AC 750 V.
It uses a rated-current pole-changing method (max 20 mA) with automatic AFC test frequencies (128/111/105/94 Hz) to reject interference, auto-ranges across all scales, and holds ±(2%+5) accuracy — ideal for substations, lightning-protection systems, towers and electrical installations.
