The UNI-T LM50D is a professional laser distance meter that measures up to 50 m with millimetre accuracy, replacing the tape measure for construction, interior design, real-estate and site surveying. One button press gives an instant, repeatable reading on its large 2.4-inch colour backlit (EBTN) display — no ladders, no second person, no slack-tape error.
Beyond straight distances it calculates area, volume, Pythagorean (indirect) height, triangle area, curvature and trapezoid, adds and subtracts measurements, and stores 20 readings. Built-in electronic levelling with on-screen angle plus audio/voice feedback make angled and one-handed measurements easy.
