The Pro'sKit MT-7616 is the long-reach version of Pro'sKit's 4-in-1 fiber optical power meter. It carries the same 8-wavelength InGaAs power meter, RJ45 LAN cable tester and LED work light as the MT-7615, but doubles the visual fault locator to 30 mW — enough red-laser energy to push a visible break indication 14–16 km down a single-mode span instead of 10–12 km.
That extra reach is what backbone and long-haul FTTH crews pay for: one technician can locate a break or a bad splice on a long feeder without driving to the far end. Optical power reads from -70 dBm to +10 dBm at 0.01 dB resolution in dB, dBm, nW, uW or mW, with Wave ID, REF measurement, self-calibration and 500 groups of storage, all running over 50 hours on a Micro-USB rechargeable lithium battery.
