The FNIRSI SWM-20 is a handheld dual-pulse spot welder for building 18650 and lithium battery packs. It delivers up to 1200A, with a first pulse to break through oxide and a second pulse for a clean weld.
It welds pure nickel strip up to 0.25mm and nickel-plated steel up to 0.4mm, with fine control of preheat, pulse and interval on a 2.4-inch screen. Its 5000mAh cells give about 1500 welds per charge, and it doubles as a 5V 2.1A power bank.
