F15N05L 15A 50V Logic Level N-Channel Power MOSFET TO-220
The F15N05L is an N-channel enhancement-mode logic-level power MOSFET, part of the well-established 15N05L family (equivalent to the RFP15N05L), housed in the industry-standard TO-220 through-hole package with a G-D-S pinout. It's designed to be driven directly from standard 5V logic-level gate signals, making it a great fit for microcontroller-driven power switching without needing a separate gate driver circuit.
