Description

The 70S360P7 is a high-voltage N-channel power MOSFET manufactured by Infineon Technologies, belonging to their 700V CoolMOS™ P7 superjunction technology series. Designed for high-efficiency power conversion, it features a maximum Drain-Source voltage of 700V and a low on-state resistance ($R_{DS(on)}$) of 360 mΩ (0.36 Ω). Housed in an isolated TO-220 FullPAK (TO-220FP) plastic casing, it provides internal electrical isolation of up to 2500V RMS, allowing direct mounting to heat sinks without requiring separate insulator pads.
