Description
This is a 4S LiFePO4 Battery Management System (BMS), designed to protect a 4-cell series (4S) LiFePO4 battery pack — built from 3.2V nominal cells for a total pack voltage of 12V (nominal). Rated for up to 100A continuous discharge current, this BMS is well suited for higher-power applications such as solar energy storage, e-bikes, golf carts, off-grid power systems, and other demanding 12V LiFePO4 battery pack builds.
The board provides essential protection functions to keep your battery pack safe and long-lasting, including overcharge protection, over-discharge protection, overcurrent protection, and short-circuit protection. Its aluminum heatsink casing helps dissipate heat generated during high-current charge/discharge cycles, improving reliability and thermal performance under sustained heavy loads.
Pre-attached red (P+) and black (P-) discharge leads, along with balance/sense wires, make wiring into your battery pack straightforward, while the compact rectangular form factor allows for easy mounting inside battery enclosures or packs.
