Short circuit cell it may damage your device.

I bought two of these. After charging as soon as I plugged them into neck fan smoke appeared and fan stopped working. I complained and they said because you are complaining after 11 days it's not a valid complain. So be aware of this product. It may damage your product or cause serious burns.
