This is a continuous servo. The code for this is slightly different than for a normal servo; see for example https://www.instructables.com/Continuous-Rotation-Servo-Arduino-UNO-a-Tutorial/
My son used it in a project to control a DC fan using a mobile app. An arduino receives messages from the Android app to make the fan run at a slow, medium, or fast speed (or to turn it off).
