Low-friction PTFE Tube for 3D Printer Filament
This PTFE tube provides exceptional smoothness for guiding 3D printing filament, even over long distances of up to 1 meters. The filament glides effortlessly from the extruder to the hot end, thanks to the inherent lubricity of PTFE. It also boasts impressive heat resistance, withstanding temperatures between -65°C and 260°C. However, prolonged exposure to high temperatures without filament can cause slow melting.
The non-stick surface of the tube prevents most materials from adhering to it. While typically white, it also comes in various colors like red, blue, black, and clear, but these offer no functional difference.
For optimal printing results, ensure a clean and precise cut at the tube's end. Imperfect cuts can hinder filament flow or cause melting that could block the tube.
